What are your graduation stoles made out of?
All of our stoles and sashes are made from luxury satin, so it will not wrinkle or get torn like stoles made of ribbon. Check out our stole gallery to see some of our latest work.
Is everything embroidered?
Of course! Each item that you choose to add to your stole or sash is custom embroidered. We don’t use any iron-on or stick-on text to customize your stole.
Returns
Return Policy?
Custom stoles cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned unless defective upon delivery or for errors made by us in reference to given specifications. Problems with the order must be reported within a day of delivery.

How do I order my custom stole online?
It’s easy, visit our order page and go through each option to build your stole. You’ll see the total cost including all of your customized options in your shopping cart before you check out. If you need help, email us.

How long will it take to get my order?
For small individual orders and small group stole and sash orders please allow 2 weeks for your order to be ready for shipping. For large group orders of 100 stoles or more please allow 2-3 weeks weeks for your order to ship. You can also contact us to make special arrangements.
*We do offer rush order shipping for orders delivered in less than 2 weeks for an additional fee.
Please choose the “Rush Order” shipping option during checkout.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 stoles.
How do I request a quote?
Please use our online form here to request a quote. If you would like to include a logo, emblem etc. there is an option to upload your graphic file as well. You can also give us a call to request pricing and ask other questions (1-888-316-2128).
What payments do you accept?
You can pay for your stole or sash order online using any major credit card, check or purchase order.

All orders are shipping via USPS, DHL and UPS
